2010 Best Medium Size Rotary Club Award

To Mission San Rafael Rotary Members:

At the District 5150 Conference on May 8, 2010 Mission San Rafael Rotary was presented with the BEST CLUB (Medium Category) AWARD!!! I always knew we were the BEST and GREATEST Club. Now we have a plaque that says so. I wish you all could have been there to share in the joy of the moment. The whole weekend was fun and inspirational. We enjoyed hearing great speakers, fantastic fellowship with old Rotary friends while making new Rotary friends, supporting our District and partaking of some seriously good food. Nancie Bottmeyer, Michael Green, Jess Perez and Pablo Castro all attended eitherall or part of the Conference.

Pat yourselves on your back, Club members. Walking away with this award was a joint effort on everyone’s part. We all did our part. Thank you for helping make our club what it is. I was so proud to accept this award on behalf of each and everyone one of you.

We also won the Rotaract Award. A special thanks to Eli for all his work and dedication in making our Rotaract Club a reality.

In addition, we won the Fellowship Award. No one can question the fact that we do enjoy our fellowship and have a wonderful time at our fellowship events.
